Information we receive
This website sets no cookies. We receive the information you send us through the journey request form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, email, phone number, preferred language, group size and type, the kind of journey you are interested in, possible dates and anything else you choose to tell us. When you send the form, we also record the country your connection comes from, to help us reply at a sensible time.
Please do not send passports, payment details or medical information until we ask for them as part of a confirmed journey, and we agree with you how to provide them safely. When you give us information about other travellers, make sure you are authorised to share it and let them know about this policy.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to reply to you, understand what you are looking for and prepare or manage the journey you request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, if you book, performance of the contract, together with the legal obligations that come with a booking.
For travel advisors and other professionals, contact data is used only to manage that professional relationship, based on our legitimate interest in doing so. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We do not use your information for advertising or newsletters.
Recipients and providers
Requests sent through the form are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and delivered to our Google Workspace account, where they arrive in our mailbox and are recorded in a private spreadsheet. We send you one confirmation email with a copy of your request. Emails you write to us also arrive in Google Workspace. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta’s terms apply to that service. These providers may process the technical and communication data needed for their functions.
When preparing or running a journey requires local hosts, guides, transport operators or insurers, we share only what is necessary for that purpose. Data may also be disclosed to meet legal obligations.
Google, Cloudflare and Meta operate international infrastructure, so some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards those providers offer. Write to us to request information about the safeguards that apply to your data.
Browsing
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. No advertising or tracking tools are used on this website.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 12 months from the last contact and then reviewed for deletion, unless a conversation is still active or a legal need applies. Booking files are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to [email protected]. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
